Payment policy


Osterville Family Dental works with our patients to make quality dental care as affordable as possible. Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience:

 

    ~ We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards, personal checks and cash.

 

    ~ We welcome payment from your FLEX spending account and we are participating Delta Dental and Blue Cross/Blue Shield providers. We will also submit insurance claims to other vendors on your behalf.

 

    ~ If treatment requires more than one visit, we will discuss the treatment plan and work with you to determine how the fee can be spread across multiple visits. 
    ~ If your treatment expenses exceed your insurance carrier’s coverage limit or if you do not have insurance coverage, our practice also offers multiple convenient third-party finance programs. These healthcare financing programs include interest free financing as well as long term loans.
 


Cancellation policy

We know your time is valuable so we prepare in advance for your appointment. A room is reserved, your records are reviewed, and the specific instruments that are needed for your visit are readied. You can expect us to be prompt unless an emergency has delayed us. We, of course, would appreciate the same courtesy from you.
 
If you must change your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible for us to allocate the time to another patient who may need it.
 
There is a charge of $75.00 for missing appointments without notice or cancelling them on the day of your appointment.
